Mason’s Fermenten Range

Offer Image

The Mason's Fermenten system is based on American research and backed up by Lillico Attlee in England and it aims to provide the calf and heifer with enough energy and protein dense feed to help the calf produce as many rumen 'bugs' as possible.

Fermenten is a high protein feed which adds essential amino acids, peptides and quality non-protein nitrogen in a slow release form to help improve rumen microbial protein production. Fermenten in Mason's range of feeds promote frame size and and stretch. The heifer is able to increase body capacity and develop more intestine surface area, improving feed efficiency. Calves are fed a coarse calf ration containing fermenten from 2-3 days of age until 2 weeks after weaning. Heifers are then introduced to Fermenten Heifer nuts and fed these until service.
